Ms. Cutting is one of the firm’s senior associates. However, she first came to work at the firm in 1998 as a paralegal. While continuing to work full time as a paralegal, she attended law school at night and graduated magna cum laude. As an associate for over 10 years now, she has handled the full spectrum of firm cases, including those arising from motor-vehicle accidents, defective products, public-transit accidents, premises accidents, medical malpractice, construction accidents and firefighter accidents. As one of the firm’s most experienced associates, Ms. Cutting often assists in the preparation of the firm’s most complex cases. In addition, she is one of the firm’s leading appellate practitioners with numerous reported decisions.
