Deadly Crane Collapse Causes Chaos in Lower Manhattan

Once again a tragic crane collapse has occurred in NYC, taking the life of a young man on the sidewalk, and injuring dozens of others. Michael Barasch, managing partner of [ln::firm_name], a NYC personal injury firm that has represented hundreds of people injured at construction sites, stated “When will the construction companies and building owners get the message that they must comply with safety regulations?! Clearly, the only way to force them to abide by the law is to hit their bank accounts hard. They are obviously more interested in saving money and their bottom line than the well-being of the public. Perhaps some more multi-million verdicts against these construction companies, and the threats of insurance companies dropping their coverage, is what we need in order to save lives.”
