Eight Injured After Car Collides with Bus in Brooklyn

Eight people suffered injuries recently when a car collided with a Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus in Brooklyn. The collision forced the bus off its trajectory, sending it careening into nearby parked cars and a building. 

Witnesses indicate that the car, which was a black Toyota Camry, was driving down Coffey Street and ignored the stop sign at the intersection near Dwight and Coffey. With the bus entering the intersection, the car continued right on through, causing the accident. Several trees were knocked down in the area as well. Both drivers in the accident were immediately rushed to a local hospital, and the passengers who were injured in the crash received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Anyone who suffered an injury in this case would likely be able to file a personal injury claim against the liable party, who in this case appears to be the driver of the black Camry.
